Beautiful colors heaps better than photos.

Gorgeous blouse with amazing sleeves. These flute sleeves don’t get in the way like some of the other NLB flute sleeves. Looks best with the matching pants. It lost a point as the sizing is inconsistent and is 1 size smaller than all my other NLB blouses. The exchange process was very slow and it took a few weeks to exchange the item. So size up as there is very little space around the shoulders.

I’m a bit disappointed that this is the second item from the winter collection in which the sizing is so terribly different. I am not sure what is happening… I have many NLB blouses in size 6 but in this one I couldn’t lift my arms and the seems under the arms dig in very tightly. I have sent it back for a bigger size but considering how tiny the upper arms and shoulders are I’m doubting a size larger will fit

The Cassidy blouse is such a beautiful, versatile piece! I love to grab these lightweight collared blouses when I can, as they are a great way to bring some fab into the office! I am usually a size 14 in all NLB, but I did have to return this one because, while the blouse fit, the armholes/upper arms were a little smaller than I prefer. I felt like it would pull at the seams over time. I do have larger arms (often encounter this issue with lots of brands), so this may not be an issue for most!

Such a lovely blouse, so easy to dress it up with a nice shirt or slacks for the office. Or wear the causal look with jeans, shorts or a mini skirt. The zeppelin flares and Cassidy mystic river shirt are perfectly paired together as well. I have received so many lovely compliments about these 2 pieces.
